Moisture is the one component in the mold causation issue that CAN BE CONTROLLED!!  Without moisture (liquid or humidity form), a mold issue will not develop.  So how do you know if there is moisture?  The use of instrumentation -- moisture meters and infrared imaging cameras -- tells us if there is moisture present -- and DOCUMENTS the presence of moisture.

We utilize infrared imaging with confirmation by moisture meters to detect and document moisture that is not visible.

Infrared imaging can be very useful in evaluating LARGE surface areas a reasonable cost.

Infrared imaging provides excellent documentation for the existance of a moisture presence - sometimes not detectible with a moisture meter.  This may be critical in documenting an insurance claim.

Don't let your water damage insurance claim "dry up" - document it with infrared imaging.  By the time an insurance adjuster gets out to your home, the water evidence may be dried up!  We can document the moisture.
